He's all that and more......

(Click on photo for a closer look if you'd like)

I am having so much fun learning how to make cards...... I am sharing details of one I worked on tonight..... using Watercolor Bouquet decorative papers by K and co. to double matte the gold saying imprinted by a Stampabilities stamp. I also inked over some of the paisley swirls with a Gelly Roll Stardust pen..... I finished it off with a pretty Prima flower.....
And, though I have LOTS to learn! (See that crooked edge? Smiles) Oh it's fun!

I fell in love with the Stamp.... It says "Jesus... peace giver... heart lifter....forgiver.... soul healer...."
He is all that and so much more, my friends! And to think that He loves us..... and even went to Calvary and gave His life for our sins.......It's nothing short of Amazing!
Thanks for letting me share!

  5. Hi Jenni, I am so glad to come by and visit, I haven't been blogging to much lately as I have been so busy, and I do miss it.
I read some of your last posts, and want you to know that you are a very gifted and talented lady, I have probably said this before but I will repeat it, God has gifted you so much with your hands, and it is so refreshing to me to see you use this gift, I would so love to have this gift.
I read your post on the Lions den and your faith and trust in God knowing he would close the mouths and protect you was so awesome.
You are a breath of fresh air to me, for many reasons, but your faith in God and how you choose to exercise this faith is so inspiring.
    Much love,
    Sue

  10. Go you!!! :-) Cards are fun and satisfying because they are quick crafts. ;-) I started with an X-acto knife and a ruler. Quickly found out that if I had a paper cutter, I'd accomplish more. So, I did...a cheapy one but oh, my...what a lifesaver! Another good thing about card-making, you don't have to worry about everything having to be acid-free like in scrap-booking because it's not close to pictures anyway! Can use ANYTHING on cards!!!!!
